Not Guilty
I haven't heard directly from Blogger yet, but I note the red-flag warning is removed from my dashboard. Guess the human reviewer was convinced this isn't a spam blog.
Ironically, I've just deleted a spam comment from the previous post: it's one I get sort of frequently which links to an online drug seller. Annoying. I've contacted them and they deny doing it. Now they don't return my emails.
Excessive links, indeed!

You should send complaints about spammers directly to Blogger, I think.
Far as I can tell, they don't have a way to block individuals. Their FAQs about comment spam are just about how to delete it, moderate comments, use the word verification.
I'm hoping that, just in case, you're backing up every post somewhere besides Blogger--they do reserve the right to delete any blog any time, and quite famously accidentally erased Google's own blog once. (Blogger being owned by Google.) I'm glad they warned you, and I'm glad it seems okay now!
Not sure that's the best choice of images to support your alleged innocence. ;)
